My pc motherboard broke so I am building a new pc with parts from the old pc (cpu, ram, ssd) All I need is a good motherboard that will not die on me.

Budget (including currency): any thing that is not too expensive (usd for currency)

Country: USA

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Roblox, Minecraft, Farming sim 22, Nascar heat 5, and any more games that come out in the future

Other details The parts are not 100% accurate but I did the best I could. For example the cpu cooler is not accurate I will reuse the cpu cooler.

I went to turn on my pc and it did not turn on I did lots of trouble shooting like psu jump start and using another psu that was previously in the pc. My budget would be around 350-400 usd

so you have H6 NZXT case?

and the RTX 3070?

you seem to already have good enough parts, just a new MB would suffice honestly.

if the other parts aren't somehow in fault, and perhaps an attempt at RAM OC would even leave buying faster RAM out of question

why not keep 8 core 5GHz boost CPU that on top of that doesn't suffer from mild latency issues like the newer Intel do?

I don't see a reason of paying extra just to arrive at similar performance, a much more powerful upgrade could happen later, with potentially lower DDR5 prices, etc.

check out other cases,

especially from Montech, Phanteks, Lian Li, Corsair, or NZXT

The clock itself don't tell the whole story, a 7600 is around 15-20% faster in games and productivity, because of the newer architecture, better IPC, DDR5 RAM...

And the 10700 has 0 upgrade path...

Sure it's still a decent CPU, but it's 4 years old now, good time for OP to move on ! 🙂

if they have budget sure,

but buying MB and case isn't expensive and their parts are good already
