PC wont wake up with mouse and keyboard

My PC Display wont turn back on when It goes into sleep mode with my mouse or keyboard, the only way it comes back on is if I restart my PC or plug the display port cable in again.

I have gone into BIOS and enabled Wake from USB but it still wont work.

I have a MSI b650m Tomahawk WIFI

mine only wakes up if i press the power button for a split second, but it doesn't restart, it's right back were it was in less than a second.

Both not enabled. I will enable them in the morning.
