LED momoiro HP 22w faint grey lines.

My HP 22w LED monitor is showing faint grey (very faint) horizontal lines on the whole screen with regular ( 0.5 seconds) interval  faint flickering with the lines eve so slightly becoming darker before turning back, only noticeable if you concentrate on the image or video. The edges are also washed out white. Please suggest some remedy or solution.

How do you suggest I do that?

Won't taking a video on phone not show the flickering cause it's very faint like increase and decrease in brightness (by like 2 points out of 100).
