Thoughts on my Optimized White build with RGB cables?

Budget (including currency): 2.5k

Country: America

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Gaming at 1440p 144hz

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): https://pcpartpicker.com/list/CPzLMV

Basically the build was roughly $2000 before I added the three fans and RGB cables. I chopped off a couple dollars by getting a black PSU which will not be visible, and allocated the dollar to RGB cables and three fans to replace the side fans which I think look better.. I've never used RGB cables before, so I have to ask: Does this cable part come with both RGB cables for the MOBO and RGB cables for the GPU as well? It looks like it only comes with one of those but parts that use RGB cables seem to only use that one listing I have there. Thank you and let me know your thoughts.

Just buy a board with connectors on back and a case that supports it. Extensions are always worse than using the default cable as longer cable just is worse.
