Almost agree, but both the mouse and keyboard are kinda bad for the price, the keyboard is membrane, and no one likes membrane. You could get a $50 mechanical keyboard that sounds pretty good. Same for the mouse it's very heavy for today's standards. If you can spend a bit more on a mouse, you can get the WLmouse beast x, if you want a cheaper one, then the VXE dragonfly R1 pro is also a great lightweight mouse, for around $40. You can also get a 7900XT in this budget
