A4-H2O SFF Build PSU Question

They make that recommendation based on a system with a 10900k. That uses double what a 7800x3d uses.

GPU: Upgrading to 3090Ti
CPU Cooler: MSI Mag Coreliquid 240mm AIO Cooler
Motherboard: MSI 650I Mini ITX
PSU: Lian Li 750w SFX Gold
RAM: G.Skill DDR5-6000 32GB
Using techpowerup reviews as a base, you could likely sneak by, especially if you undervolt a tad.
7800x3d - 77W stock, 91w with PBO
3090 - 383w for founders edition (igors lab got down to 285w under load with an asus tuf undervolted)
Take this as grain of salt, but with tweaking, you could keep using what you have.
