Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): 180hz i need an 8 core cpu

This is what I came up with. Note that at this price point there is no way that you are hitting 180fps in miles morales, at 1080p high without DLSS you should be in the 85-90 fps range.

Tried to use the max of your budget. As mentioned, you are not hitting 180 fps in everything at this budget. If you bought your GPU used you might be able to do much better or if you saved about $250 more you can get around 7700 XT new or 6800 used.
