Thunderbolt eGPU VM passthrough for running AI models

I use Proxmox and was wondering, is it possible to passthrough a Thunderbolt eGPU to a VM?

Specifically, I have Ollama running in a Docker container inside a Ubuntu VM and I want to use the GPU for accelerating AI models.
