Hey all, just jumping back in this week with another quick update.


Ugreen
@Kenji_ if the account lead who oversees the Ugreen account hasn’t reached out to you today, he should be DMing you Monday. If the charger needs to be replaced, we will help you with that. In the meantime, if you are able to test with a 5 amp cable as the other forum poster had suggested, that information could be useful to the account lead as well.


Secretlab
We have been notified that Secretlab has issued a refund and provided a return label, which were our initial requests. They are also continuing to update their UX regarding sizing guides. Unfortunately, these things do take additional time as they have to go through multiple teams/channels on their end. 


We do see a number of concerns around the quality of their armrests, and this is something we’ve contacted them about.
