my DDR4 ram maybe windows 11 23h2 (OS Build 22631.3958) is being weird and i need help solving it freezes.

hey so i asked for help on a similar issue. here the link:

I'm now on my ASUS prime z490-a motherboard. i have the issue again. but i got more information.

new information:

- ram is not on mb qvl but works

-- ram is just the newer model of what on the qvl

--- player and did work all day without issues

- cod and helldivers 2 broke about 8 days before the last season for cod mw3 ended

-- what fixed helldivers 2 was making sure my secure boot was on windows and not other os

--- it was defaulting to other os so clearing cmos would not change it to work

---- once i changed it to windows helldivers 2 and cod mw3 worked and also i got all 4 stick of ram running without freezing.

- a day later(today) now it freeze up

-- to get it not to freeze i disable half my ram slot in bios

--- if all for are enabled and it freeze in windows it take about 21 seconds after press the restart button on my pc case for my pc to restart.

- one ram stick jedec voltage value for none overclock speeds (2133 MHz) says 1.200 V where the other 3 ram sticks say there jedec voltage value for none overclock speeds (2133 MHz) says 1.500 V

- ram does not have fault last i checked

-- i ran windows with half of it  ram enabled and set it on its next reboot at the time to do  the memory test.

--- once i restart it i went to bios and enabled all ram slots and then saved and continued to the memory test by using (Windows Memory Diagnostic) then once the test finished i went to bios and disabled half the ram again and booted into windows and the test said no errors. i ran chkdsk cmd as admin on all drives and i ran sfc /scannow as admin on all drives to and it found something and fixed them but nothing that was link to the freezes.

main section:

so if anyone can think of anything that can be the issue let me know. i not sure if it a bios setting or windows or ram or what now. but any help it appeached.
