Windows 11 doesn't recognize my headset (Razer)

Twister

I have tried restarting my system multilple times, as well as reinstalling Razer Synapse multiple times (both versions 2 and 3).

The headphones are the Razer Kraken Kitty Chroma Edition (USB), when I plug them in Microsoft just installs them as Generic USB Audio Device Speakers with horrible sound quality, I have tried testing other headphones as well that got installed driver (Razer) but had horrible sound or no sound at all. (Works fine after testing on other PC)

No matter what I do, I can't get Windows to download the Razer drivers and use the 7.1 or surround sound they are being used for. What is causing this, is it Windows 11? Is it my motherboard? Is it the windows version? Is it the realtek drivers?  Can it even be long shot that my monitor has speakers on it itself that causes conflict / messing things up?

All of them, I tried synapse 1, synapse 2, synapse 3. I said that in my post if you've read it.

Okay ill try "new" whichever that version is.

It sad that my device is not even listed in their devices or shop , made me think i bought a fake china scam product. But official stores here sell it. WTF

For $200 and up.

It's not them, I repeat it's not them.. They dont have "V2" in the name or the product name or the box. Nor are they being sold as V2.

They are sold as Kraken Kitty Chroma Edition USB. Again not listed on their website (i checked all) and again not listed in supported devices for neither synapse 1, synapse 2, synapse 3, synapse 4, or synapse "!new"

Also impossible to get in contact with razer support i have been lurking on every page on their (support) website and there is not a single phone number or email to contact them with. And they ask you to input product serial number and a video where it is but i also dont have that. I paid $210 for them. Are they fake? china fake?

I had a similar issue with my epos. I had to go and manually uninstall the windows drivers and disconnect them before they reinstall. Open the software then connect the usb dongle.
