Question about the back of motherboards

Go to solution Solved by Average Nerd,

As long as the cables have a undamaged insulation, it will be completely fine.

My question is it okay to have cables touch the exposed part of the motherboard in the back of the case? I know along if the cables dont have some type of insulin then its unsafe because something could get shorted but just wondering if its fine for insulated cables to touch the back of the motherboard

English is not my first language, so please excuse any confusion or misunderstandings on my end, also I like to edit my posts a lot.
