Can B650 support gen4x4 via chipset at full speed?

CPU:7800x3D

Motherboard: ASrock B650M pg lightning

 

I have 2 gen4 nvme and 1 gen3 nvme ssd. MoBo support gen5x4 via cpu and gen4x4 via chipset and will use remaining pcie gen3x16 slot running at x4 via cpu for gen3 ssd and remaining gen4 ssd in other 2 slot. MoBo has another gen4x2 m.2 but it will hamper the speed so not using it. For normal use i won't notice speed issue in gen4x4 slot via chipset but just want to know what about synthetic benchmark? And 650 chipset to cpu 4 lane dmi link uses gen4 speed or gen5

Note: i haven't purchased the MoBo just curious to know before purchasing.
