Make a stink on /r/OLED_Gaming and /r/Monitors? You'll want to get better pictures. Typically there is more activity from industry rep's there if you can gain enough traction.

Update, when cleaning the fingerprints off the screen the 'bubbles' also left the screen, I'm an idiot please ignore.

I recently purchased a LG ‎32GS95UE OLED monitor when it was on sale during Amazon's Prime Days and I love it.
Upgrading from a Dell TN 144hz monitor the visual difference was stunning with just how vivid the images are compared to it.

The issue I've ran into is that there are particles stuck behind a film on the screen causing small bubbles that show up in dark scenes (probably wouldn't have noticed them on the old monitor's darks). Contacting LG's support they confirmed screened protectors are removed at the factory before shipping out to customers and the images I sent show that the factory screen protector is not present on my monitor.

Pushing LG on the manufacturing defect they've now claimed that the issue is user caused and are stating that I will be liable for the cost of any repairs.

I blamed a manufacturer for a defect that wasn't there
