Audio becomes distorted via the default sound card

Hello,

I have a small problem with my huawei matebook 13 (ryzen 7 3700U).

I recently moved to windows 11 (like 4-5 months ago) and because the gpu performance was not that good (did like 20fps in league when i had steam and discord open as well) i installed the latest AMD drivers (24.7.1 , it had ones from like 2020/2022 lmao).

I had a small problem where my audio would become distorted (and from the laptop speakers and from the headphones when i attached them). It was happening before the driver install occasionally but after the driver install it became more often (once every 2 days). My workaround is to disable the audio device and renable it, but i would like to know if anyone else has the same problem and if yes how to fix it.

BTW since the laptop doesn't have an HDMI port, no audio drivers were installed with the AMD drivers (only have the realtek ones). I wanted to reinstall the realtek ones but i could not find the exact model of it, since it could be a driver conflict.

Thank you in advance : )
