GPU crashes after posting and getting past login screen

hey, I have had a Zotac twin fan 3060ti for a year. Yesterday it started crashing after posting and getting past the log in. the screen goes black and shows no signal , while the fans spin up to 100%. I have tried putting it in my friends computer but the same issue persists. I have run DDU, reinstalled the newest drivers, and this still occurs. While in safe mode, it does not fully crash, but after a while the display just cuts off. Anyawy to fix before RMA?
