Issues with Pixio PX329 Monitor Vertical Lines across monitor

https://imgur.com/Ju80MWyDesperate at this point to see if I can do something about this issue, dont have the money to replace it and wont for awhile so any advice would be appreciated. Plugged neighbors monitor into PC so I know its not the my computer, and havent seen any cracks after spending a couple hours inspecting it. Even without it having an HDMI or DP cable plugged in the no signal message is also stretched out.
