DDR5 xmp issues with restarting pc

I am having issus with my pc not being able to restart when I have xmp activated to 5600 mt/s, the pc starts restarting then it says no display port and screen goes black but the fans and all the lights are still on and the cpu and ram lights on the mobo are blinking. If I dont turn on xmp and the ram only has 4800 mt/s i can restart fine. I built my pc in 2022 and it worked fine when i first built it, only recently has this problem started. I have tried updating my bios, reseating ram, resetting windows and clearing cmos.

 

My specs:

B650 gaming x ax

5 7600x

6950 xt

16gb(2x8) ddr5 ram kingston 5600 mt/s

750w corsair psu 80+ gold
