Any info on the Intel Atom TG100?

I got myself a Google Glass Enterprise 1 recently, and kept hearing it was an intel chip inside. I got curious, and ran CPU-Z and found a CPU I couldn't find anywhere else other than apparently some other Vuzix smart glasses? I honestly was surprised at how little info there is about it, no ark page either, only a listing for apparently some chips being sold on ebay, BGA ones, a geekbench result from said Vuzix glasses, and a news article about hearing about its launch back in 2015. Isnt this the same atom that was in some phones but like a google only version?

Sadly no this one's from like 2015, maybe it's an evolution of it, but it's not the same

it's probably some bay trail atom they set up rather specific to the needs of the device.
