On. In Windows and your GPU's driver software. If it isn't in your GPU's driver software then google and see what happens.

I have this option enabled in my monitor and in my Radeon software i have variable sync enable, I was wondering if this has to be enabled aswell? am on Windows 10

thanks for the reply, i know it should be on, i just didnt think i had to do it in Windows aswell
