Well don't do nothing it should work at stock, 🙂  and your slow RAM can't XMP anyway...

Later you can try an undevolt in CO, say -15

Didn't know the RAM was slow, crap. Not looking to OC anyway just want to make sure there's not setting I need to turn on for the CPU and GPU as I'll be running intensive games.

Yeah you got basic 4800CL40 should have gotten 6000CL30... But you won't lose that much in gaming thanks to the 3D VCache, maybe 3 to 8%

You'll be fine at stock, the 7800X3D chip isn't a power hungry hot beast 🙂

What do you want to setup?
If you dont have any special preferences, mostly its best to leave the BIOS as is. (considering computer runs fine).

While LTT takes great care to make sure its a valid and good system, its always merely an example.
Be it a very good one.

But sharing this full spec list in chat is the best to do for the spec info part.

When i ask for more specs, don't expect me to know the answer!
I'm just helping YOU to help YOURSELF!
(The more info you give the easier it is for others to help you out!)

Not willing to capitulate to the ignorance of the masses!

As said already, there's not much to do here if your PC works fine.

You could disable devices you don't use (rarely worth bothering) and adjust the fan curves if they're not to your liking.
