Headset troubles - Microphone not working

Headset - Hypher X cloud II

The microphone itself is the issue, it is detected and enabled on all apps to be used but gives "no jack information is available" in properties and picks up no sound.

I've reinstalled all audio drivers, made it the default in settings, checked BIOS etc but no result, though to be noted headset works fine on any other device

any advice would be appreciated, thank you

Please next time let us know how you connect the headphones!

Now i had to go look that headphone up to see its connection types.
They have a wireless model, so yeah maybe answer that first.

Also if its on PC, screenshots help a lot. _{But thats just me.}
