Pixel Watch 2 - Google Assistant Question

Is there a list of apps that Google Assistant works with for the Pixel Watch 2?

E.g. I sometimes like using the assistant to send messages, but it seems that there are apps that don't have support for this? 
Seems to work with WhatsApp but not Telegram etc. Maybe I'm doing it wrong. 

Trying to figure out if the watch is worth it. If only some stuff works while other things don't, might just return it.
