Need help/advise for first PC build

Budget (including currency): 1000 euro

Country: Belgium

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Gaming: Witcher 3, The Last Of Us, r6, but I would love to play more recent/demanding games. University: I need the PC mainly for creating machine learning pipeline's.

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): 

I'm upgrading because my current laptop only has integrated graphics. I have an i5 1135G7 and 16 GB of ram. I already made a parts list on pc part picker, but since I'm very new to this I don't have a good idea if this is a good combination of parts or if there are some weird choices in there. I also have a big fear of incompatibility in the build since I don't have the knowledge to check everything. So I welcome all the advise I can get.

Your list is largely overbudget , and it's not Belgium localized...so in EU it's a EUR1500 rig at least

With 1000EUR you can't have a top CPU, 128GB RAM and a decent graphics card, sorry

Plus you need Nvidia I suppose, and their low end card are overpriced...
