Try disabling the Microsoft Vulnerable Driver Blocklist in Windows Security and see if that fixes it. After it updates, you can re-enable it.

I just recently got a brand new Asus Tuf A15, with the RTX 4070 and Ryzen 9 7940HS. I’m trying to use the GPU performance mode but it won’t let me because it says I need a VBIOS update. I’ve used MyAsus and tried to update it many times but it always fails. I’ll attach some images but I can’t figure out the issue

it’ll get almost to 100% and then close, and ask me to restart. When I restart, it’ll say the update failed. Can someone help please.
