The mounting bracket doesn't align with the tower. Spent 4 hours trying to put this thing. I am very close returning the cooler. I watched an installation video which didn't help.

Pictures would be nice 🙂

As mentioned above, are you using the correct plates and mounting brackets?

It definitely comes with LGA 1151/115x brackets so it sounds like you are not using the correct ones.

I am struggeling to see the issue here.

Are you able to circle the points where it does not align?

Maybe even a video with some quick explanation would be very benefitial to understand the issue.

I don't believe Thermaltake offers a Spirit 120 cooler.

Thermalright offers a number of different coolers with Spirit 120 in the name.

It looks like the cooler is being mounted with it tower(s) parallel to the case top. Is this intended?

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.

Awesome! 🙂  Yeah, sometimes you just gotta step back, wait an hour and look again!

Can you tell us what the problem was or what happened?

Not op but might be mounted the bracket the wrong way because the mounting screw base is iirc slightly offset to one side of the bracket.
