Short not working on H11 DSI NT 0

I am trying to short H11DSI NT 0 ,It's not working.The psu seems to be working properly.

But the power button is not working.

 

I press the power not working.

 

Bought a new power button not working.

 

And tried to short it,not working.

 

Any suggestions?

 

blue light,green light and the blinking green light is indicating that the psu is reaching the motherboard.

Did you try other power supply ? Was it working before or just got the board ? Are cpus mounted properly ? Did you try with minmal config ?
