pbo2 tuner is not saving for my 5700x3d. I had dialed everything to -30 and had super great results. Lower heat, Lower power consumption and most importantly, stable FPS in CS2 hehe

but when I restarted the computer, it did not save. How can I solve this?

5700x3D doesn't have PBO2 enabled, so it shouldn't let you. Best you can do is give it a slight manual SoC and Vcore undervolt. PBO2 for 3D v-cache wasn't enabled until 7000x3D.

Just use standard PBO in BIOS

AMD R9  7950X3D CPU/ Asus ROG STRIX X670E-E board/ 2x32GB G-Skill Trident Z Neo 6000CL30 RAM ASUS TUF Gaming AMD Radeon RX 7900 XTX OC Edition GPU/ Phanteks P600S case /  Arctic Liquid Freezer III 360 ARGB cooler/  2TB WD SN850 NVme + 2TB Crucial T500  NVme  + 4TB Toshiba X300 HDD / Corsair RM850x PSU/ Alienware AW3420DW 34" 120Hz 3440x1440p monitor / ASUS ROG AZOTH keyboard/ Logitech G PRO X Superlight mouse / Audeze Maxwell headphones

The reason for that tool was because there was a time when PBO was not enabled for X3D.  You now have the ability to lower power limits, and use the curve. I would not lower the power limits though.

AMD R9 9900X | Thermalright FW PRO, 3x TL-H12-X28, 3x TL-P12

Asus Strix X670E-F | 32GB Lexar Ares @ 6400 30-36-36-68 1.55v

Zotac 4070 Ti Trinity OC | WD SN850, SN850X, 3x SN770, 6TB

Asus PA602, 2x 200x38, 1x 140x28 | Seasonic Vertex GX-1000
