On Windows 10 I have tried multiple methods to stop this happening, such as:
Disabling notifications

Regedit tweaks by setting:
ForegroundFlashCount to 0
ForegroundLockTimeout to 0

But none of those options stop my taskbar popping up when I have it set to Auto Hide.
Specifically my taskbar will pop up flashing on my 3 other displays but the tweaks work fine on the main display.

I would be super, super, forever appreciative of anybody who can help me stop this from happening.
I don't care how it gets done, programs, regedit, scripting, etc, so long as I don't have to bare another minute of this annoying flashing taskbar when an app or game wants my attention when I'm tabbed out to one of my 3 other monitors.
Please help me because I have diagnosed Autism and "Perfectionism" OCD and this is really getting to me and making me anxious.
Thank you in advance.
