Looking for a monitor with a similar size to my current 45 inch

I've got a 45 inch OLED monitor from lg, and I'm looking into potential upgrades and I recently tried a 49 inch OLED from Samsung, but it seemed that I loose vertical screen real estate with the 49 inch compared to the 45 inch, are there any monitors that are like lgs OLED? Where I don't loose a bunch of vertical screen real estate? (sorry if this seems confusing, I'm typing this on a caffeine withdrawal, so I'm not all here)
