help Help me I downloaded armoury crate and broke something

I downloaded armoury crate to try and turn off the RGB on my GPU and downloaded all of the utility things because I thought it made sense but not randomly it makes nothing work but chrome and I'm seeing this suspended stuff that I've never seen before. Opening file location for the bottom two being me to system 32 which I know is important.

Is things still suspened, if its all fine just use something like signalRGB, never had any issues with that before
