He only owns a macbook m1 pro and the app i want to download on my ipad is not supported the on the m1 pro macbook my friend has. I am wondering if i can download it with the same apple id using this macbook without jailbreaking. The thing is i dont want to buy a new ipad feels like something i wont use especially since i use an android and windows laptop. So i really want to get this ipad working with that app. So yeah incase you are confused i want to use an m1 pro macbook to download the last compatible version of an app onto my ipad that doesnt support the latest version of ipad os.

No.

You don't even need a mac, there are tools that are able to download iOS apps from the store while logged into your account so they're signed properly, but that won't help since the iPad simply will not allow installing if the requirements are not satisfied.

If the app has a version of the app that's compatible with your iOS version then the App Store will let you install that, if it doesn't then there simply isn't one.

It has a last compatible version the app used to support my version. I had never purchased this app aka install it under my apple id and so it doesn't let me install a last compatible version instead it tells me unsupported app.

I'm pretty sure I've successfully bought apps on old devices that needed an old version. My guess is the developer has disabled compatibility for your iOS version.

Devs can do that when for example they change how their servers behave and old app versions would not work anymore.
