Hello, Im from australia and ordered something and havent got any sort of email back from them after trying 3 times

also the number seems to be disconnected when i try to call it

Why would you even risk it? Time to learn how to chargeback from your bank.

Looks like smaller store which deals mostly with smaller business office and lounge needs. You could try to call them. If number is disconnected, then its time to chargeback.

According to Google Map's Street View, they were still in business last month, with the Open sign lit up.

Giving them the benefit of the doubt... What I guess is happening, is probably the fact OP is in Australia trying to contact a Canadian business.

They may not have Long Distance calls in the phone plan for the store, thus automatically reject calls from Australia.

But that's also the issue at hands, OP is in Australia trying to buy from a random store up in Canada instead of buying locally or through a big online store like Amazon that does ship internationally.

Issue a chargeback. You tried contacting them. They are unresponsive, meaning they cannot handle international orders.

 

This is why you should ALWAYS check the store's Shipping policy before ordering and if unusure, contact them beforehand.

They seems to only ship within Canada and the US. No mention of anywhere else.

How long since you ordered and emailed? 

Did you get an actual order confirmation and referenced that? Do they normally and officially ship to Australia? 

 

I'm curious what you bought and if shipping cost was outrageous. I've bought from China and EU (to US), but those stores were specialized to ship to the US.
