Asus G14 4090 HDMI to C3 Issues

Hello everyone,

 

I am trying to connect my G14 to my C3 via HDMI, but I am only getting 1080P 60 as the output. I used this same cable with my 4080 Alienware and my 3070 Ti desktop and they both get 4k 120hz as an option to select. I've tried a fresh windows install, fresh drivers (DDU), and nothing seems to fix it. Any ideas?
