PC Bsoded and won't turn boot into anything even the bios

I couldn't get the bsod screenshot ofc but it was something like "POWER_DRIVER_STATE_ISSUE" and then it tried restarting and nothing happened like it didn't really restart, I just had chrome open with a bunch of tabs, I was typing out a cold email on Gmail and had discord and yt open on other tabs. Now I turned it off and then I tried turning it on but nothing happens after powering on, the lights on my motherboard lights, the cpu fan spins, even the optical drive lights up, but the hard disk light on the front of my cabinet doesn't light up, it doesn't even show the motherboard logo on the monitor so I can't even get to the BIOS 

 

CPU: i3 3210 with stock cooler

Motherboard: cheap h61 mobo from a company called mercury 

Ram: 1x4gb and 1x8gb 1333mhz sticks

GPU: Gt 730 2gb ddr5 passively cooled from Asus 

SSD: WD green 120gb sata

HDD: WD blue 1TB 

PSU: cheap 800w frontech atx p4 jil-2430

Optical drive: LG MODISC super multi

I would take out the GPU and try to boot with monitor connected to the mainboard.

no post = everything is a suspect. Reseat CPU, RAM and check to see if PSU turns on.

I reseat RAM, GPU, hard disk and SSD, opening the CPU is the only thing I didn't try

Update: Reseated the CPU and nothing

you might get more lucky by either trying another PSU.. it's not a powerful rig so you don't need an 800w.

I tried another psu already it didn't work, I feel like it's the mobo

or cpu, or ram.. ddr3's isn't it.. it's basicaly an atleast 10yo rig.

*11 y.o. rig, one of the ram sticks the 8gb one is new, could be CPU, if it's the CPU I can just convince my parents to let me buy a new PC all together, it's way past 1am now so I can't take it to the shop to try out some other mobo, but I'll tomorrow

i would try each of the ramsticks single..  mixing different RAM sticks is sort of bad...

Update: I changed the mobo but it blue screens with INACCESSIBLE_BOOT_DEVICE

legacy UEFI settings needs changed? .. or disable raid..
