I just got a two in one HP laptop from best buy, I know its best buy. I got it to do photo editing but when i go to download Adobe Creative Cloud off the website it thinks im on a phone or tablet. On top of this when i go to the microsoft store to download it I get a internet connection error code ( 0x8D050003 ). Is there any way that I can fix this or is this just a permanent thing.

Are you in tablet mode? Try switching to desktop mode.

I cant figure out how to switch out of tablet mode, i have it in the normal like, setup that you would use a laptop in. I even restarted the pc and updated everything. I tried going to geek squad and just got yelled at by their "tech support expert" that i cant download adobe on a tablet so idk. very frustrated haha.

windows 11 s mode

Crap, I forgot about S mode!

You can "switch out of" S mode, but there's no going back once you do. (There really isn't a reason not to, unless you've got a real potato of a laptop.)

I sold my soul for ProSupport.
