Computer wakes up from sleep almost immediately after being put to sleep

Alright, let's see if I can explain this properly.

Recently, whenever I put my computer to sleep manually (using the power options in the start menu). After about 2 minutes, it immediately wakes back up. I ran pwrcfg -lastwake, and these were the results:

 Wake History Count - 1
Wake History [0]
  Wake Source Count - 1
  Wake Source [0]
    Type: Fixed Feature
    Power Button

So originally, I thought maybe my power button was malfunctioning. However, I don't think that's the case for the following reasons:

1) It's pretty spot on to 2 minutes after I've manually told it to sleep.

2) If I let it sleep after no activity (I set mine to an hour) It won't wake back up.

3) If I power the computer off, it will never start back up on its own.

I know that powercfg output is from the wakeup, because I woke it up from my mouse, let it sleep, and then it wakes up automatically, the output changes from USB Host Controller to Power Button.

What do you guys think? I am at a loss.

Try unplugging your peripherals and seeing if that keeps it asleep? Unlikely, but maybe your mouse of keyboard is saying its receiving input?
