Yes the 4000D Airflow can benefit from another fan. But consider a case that comes with sufficient fans.

 

Consider an ATX 3.x compliant PSU with native support for the 12VHPWR connector used by the GPU.

 

Consider a faster memory kit with EXPO profiles.
