Nvidia reflex latency analyzer in CS2

MiszS

I just watched a video on measuring display latency, and found out that both my mouse and monitor are compatible with this nvidia reflex latency testing thing, so i tried to enable it, but it will show me anything, but the actual latency. I want it to look like in the first image, but it only shows the info on the second one. I went to the geforce experience settings > hub layout > performace > nvidia reflex, and advanced, but both of those don't show the latency

Do you have a Reflex compatible monitor?
If not, you will need an external device. Nvidia has published the spec and this is a pretty solid guide on how to build one

I said in the post that i have a compatible monitor (msi NXG253R), i just don't understand how to make it show the latency

Did you read the manual?
https://download.msi.com/archive/mnu_exe/monitor/Oculux_NXG253Rv1.0_English.pdf
I think it needs to be done on the monitor, not in windows

I didn't lol, but the OSD latency doesn't work like 95% of the time, and when it does it either shows like 12ms which seems believable, or some random number in the 100s. I didn't even look in the manual, because i read that i need to use geforce experience for it somehow, but it doesn't show the latency
