Updating MOBO BIOS

My system is very stable I don't run into a lot of issues but I'm wondering my system is now old should I update my Mobo Bios?
system specs:
CPU:i5-12600K
GPU:MSI 3060 VENTRUS OC 12GB
RAM:32GB 4000 M/ts
MOBO:MSI PRO B660M-A CEC WIFI DDR4

If it's not broken don't fix it. Though worth checking out what are the update details, maybe there are something you'll need in the future, like RAM compatibility updates.

I built it two years and a day ago so there is a lot of updates out for it

You can try an update if you like. Just know that MSi and their BIOS updates can be a hit or a miss.

Yeah, I would never recommend updating BIOS on a system that's operating perfectly normally
