My Fitbit Charge HR won't connect?

My Fitbit charge HR requires a firmware update but it won't connect and I dont understand why.

 

It found it and I gave it the code then it trys to pair and it doesn't

 

The fibit won't show anything when unplugged but shows it's full when plugged in.

Just trying the bluetooth link but my phone's saying couldn't pair due to incorrect and it cuts off so i can't read it

Used talk back to read out the message as I couldn't read it and it's apparently because of an incorrect pin or passkey

Yes but I don't know what to do I've reset it already

So you reset the fitbit? Did you go into the phone's BT settings and have it forget the fitbit?

Yes did all that but i had numerous issues so I got It returned and got my money back, I found a step tracker smart watch from a couple Christmas's ago and it works great
