What is the best gaming laptop with a 4080/4090 in terms of cooling and performance?

As the title suggests, I am looking for a laptop with good cooling, and ideally one that can be quiet while performing well during load.

Budget is $4000 usd.

Any suggestions would be welcomed, thank you in advance to everyone that has ideas.

You might want to define "quiet"

Not sounding like a jet turbine. I guess more specifically, being able to play games without headphones and not needing to put the volume at max to hear the game.

Edit: even more specifically. Being able to game on the couch next to someone watching TV without them hearing loud fan noises.

i don't think that's possible... a laptop with good cooling is already very rare (but possible) but you're going to hear it while gaming... think of it like that,  even a well cooled pc will be audible under load... the only thing you could hope is that it doesn't sound annoying or *too* loud (so my pc basically lol)

but a laptop?  nah, you're going to hear those tiny fans working  ... not that it necessarily needs to be extremely loud but it'll always be quite audible.

but.. they're gonna hear your game sounds blasting anyway?  Since no headphones...
