is there any reason your restrictions on components and price are weirdly restrictive? are you replacing a broken board?

Are you just making pricing up at the spur of the moment?

Get a sub $150 motherboard for that budget CPU.  Don't buy a motherboard anywhere near the price of a CPU.

Yes, I first planned to buy a mobo nearly around this price but increased my price of mobo becuase I'm going to use my 6000MHz DDR5 ram which is not compatible with your suggested price mobo and also a reason is that I'm going to pair rtx 4070 gpu which does not run in its true potential in low priced mobo.

Where are you getting this information?

Lower pried boards run 6000MHz RAM easily, and a 4070 runs just fine.

Who told you that?

You can run that 4070 on any motherboard with PCIE gen 4 x16 slot and it will run just fine

Even running it on a Gen 3 x16 will only make it lose a forgettable amount of fps.

How many devices do you need to connect?

Any of those boards will have 8-12+ USB ports.
