TUF 3080 Display Port doesn't work after drivers are installed - shows BIOS and load up, no Windows display

Hello everyone, I've had issues with a newly acquired TUF 3080 Gaming OC for awhile now. The Display Port output just does not work after drivers are initialized. I've done DDU clean uninstalls and rolled back to 472.12, turned on CSM in my BIOS, with no success. The GPU outputs a DP signal on initial boot, and right up until Windows initializes. Once drivers load in, the Display Port connection dies.

I've tried the NVIDIA GPU Firmware tool but it says my GPU is up to date.

Booting into Safe Mode does have DP output from the GPU, so I'm suspecting some very weird driver issues at play, but after DDUing and reinstalling multiple times I have no clue what to do.

I had no previous issues with my Palit 2080 Super that the 3080 has replaced. I've replaced the DP cable twice over now. I've switched the monitor's DP version from 1.2+HDR to 1.1 and still nada.

Any ideas as to what the heck is goin on?

Additional specs:
CPU - AMD 5800X3D
Mobo - ASUS TUF X570 Gaming PLUS (Wifi)
PSU - Corsair RM850i
RAM - G.Skill TridentZ 3600CL18 32GB
Monitor - Gigabyte G27Q

First of all disable CSM.

Run DDU in safe mode. After DDU has launched in safe mode go to options, choose prevent windows update from installing drivers. Run Clean and shutdown (for installing new GPU). Turn on PC again and install Nvidia driver, use this one: https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/geforce/drivers/results/216928/

After GPU is working, update chipset drivers: https://www.amd.com/en/support/chipsets/amd-socket-am4/x570

Hey!

Re-enabled CSM now, as I just did that since I saw a different thread where someone suggested that.

I did another DDU uninstall and reinstall to the version you linked (546.33) to no avail.

Chipset is all up to date now as well, still nothing past BIOS into Windows thru DP sadly. HDMI still does work this entire time, but losing out on Gsync kinda is a bit of a bummer, for a very weird issue.
