Help my ssd m2 is show 2 red light and not detected in bios

I have i3 12100f ,motherboard asrock h610 m2/r2 and ssd m2 that seem to be sata as have 2 notchs. Is a new build but is not show in bios the ssd . When I check the ssd on motherboard is show 2 red light and is constant not blinking .....  what can I do ? Sorry if my English is not the best. Can someone pls help I really hope I can fix this as this is my first build not sure what is the issue

What's this SSD? It looks to be trying to fake a Samsung "1090 Pro" which doesn't exist. Probably a non-working scam.

From my quick research, that's an AliExpress special, and is some random sad with a sticker on it. The vast majority of m.2 slots are NVMe ONLY. And that appears to be a SATA drive. It will not work in an NVMe only slot. I'd be surprised if it works at all.

The slot motherboard have is ultra m2 and I insert this sata ssd. Is this the issue should I use nvme?

I was thinking it will work as the red lights show. Is my first build and didn't know what to choose

Mobo supports both SATA and NVMe.

It may not work at all. It's a super AliExpress special SSD. I wouldn't be surprised if it was ewaste.

Ok I was thinking maybe should I update drivers of mobo but not sure. BTW I found this ssd nvme should I just buy this instead? I try to keep the budget low and this is what I found local

What is your budget, country, and how much does that cost?

I'm from România.  This is in usd 33$. I can go little bit higher but not much what do you recommend for storage to get the most of my configuration since the hardware is not the most performing : 12100f ,rx580 and 16gb ddr4 3200. I will plan to update in the future the cpu and gpu and maybe rams
