Note on my PC build, should I be worried?

Natetoe

I have got my pc parts and I see a note on the PCPP list (https://nz.pcpartpicker.com/list/v9YdcH) that says  The NZXT N7 B650E ATX AM5 Motherboard has an additional 4-pin ATX power connector but the Thermalright TG 850 W 80+ Gold Certified Fully Modular ATX Power Supply does not have any available. This connector is used to supply additional current. While the system will likely still run without it, higher current demands or extreme overclocking may require it. I am not over clocking nor am I going to be using the computer for VR, I am running at 144HZ 1440p, will be using some decently hard to run games but nothing crazy. Will not having this part be a problem and if so how can I fix it, also if it does become a problem how would I know? Thanks.

You do not need the extra 4pin on the motherboard for the PC to function 100% 🙂
The 8pin CPU EPS Power connector is rated for a continous wattage of 226w and can draw more than that if needed.

I have actually never used anything else than the 8pin on all my systems even with a highly overclocked i9-9900k.

You will be more than fine with just the single 8pin 🙂

Happy Gaming 👍👍

it should have 2 4+4 CPU connectors. then use half of that to put in the mobo
