USB Headers on Motherboard

You've got one "1 x Front Panel Type C USB 3.2 Gen2x2 Header" , so yes

Otherwise it would be impossible, imagine all the guys with x1 header and x2 case plus all the guys with x2 header and x1 case.

So many problems...1x and 2x must be inter compatible like USB3 type A...otherwise it would be clearly stated (I searched the manual and couldn't find any statement)

Ok thanks, Was a bit confused because PCPP was say a header adapter may be required but nothing concrete.

Hi peoples of the internets.

I know i asked this already but i got 0 responses so i fear it fell down the internet void

Struggling to find a clear answer on google (keeps giving me articles for adapters). The Motherboard i am looking to get (ASRock Z790 Riptide) has a USB 3.2 Gen 1 Header and a USB 3.2 Gen 2x2 header. The case (Montech King 95 Pro) has 2 USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type A and a USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type c connector. From what i can find, the 2 Gen 1 type As will run of a single header on the motherboard. My main concern is, will i be able to plug the Gen 2 type c into the Gen 2x2 header on the motherboard (Running at Gen 2 speeds of course) Or will i need an adapter to convert the gen 2x2 into a gen 2 header.

Thank
