Finally made my dream is getting close, I saved money to build a PC, I would appreciate your help

Budget (including currency): 1300 usd (47000tl)

Country: turkey

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: triple aaa games, adobe apps, coding, 3d modeling and music production

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): 

i just grabbed The ssd, ram and psu on a massive sale, I don't live in the us but the prices are so simular except the GPU is around 650 dollars here

Get a MB with wifi instead of that craptastic card. It's very old and slow. Also changed ram, ssd and GPU for the super instead (if you can get it in Turkey)

Don't do water cooling, just get a Thermalright Peerless Assassin 120 SE or similar

And maybe 2 Arctic P14 fans for the front

thank you for the mb suggestion i would go for Wi-Fi mb, the 7700x here in turkey is like 60$ more expensive than the 7700 is it worth the extra, the ram and SSD I already ordered them. I appreciate your help boss

I guess it's alright. But I'd try to find one or two positive reviews

But 33usd is already dirt cheap (at least in comparison to the performance)

Sure, they are more expensive. There seems to be 2 standards RGB and A-RGB, I don't know which is better.

Remember you can also go 120mm (140mm is better)

And weirdly, the perf of the Arctic RGB fans are stated by Arctic to be significantly lower than that of the standard ones.

(also remember Arctic sells cheaper 3-5 fan bundles)

im buying the cpu without the box actually, its much cheaper in here like 55$ dollars cheaper
