Simple issue I guess. I can't boot into bios by hitting delete during startup. I just get hung on a black screen until I shut my PC back off. I can get into bios by going the UEFI route though. I don't think I had this problem when I initially built this PC nearly a year ago. Other than this issue my PC works just fine. I only discovered the issue because I was trying to update my bios. I tried to ignore the issue and just get into bios through UEFI and then do the M-Flash stuff to update bios but at some point during that the PC has to restart and boot back into bios, where I once again got hung on a black screen. I know I can use the flash bios button on my PC to update bios that way, but at this point I don't wanna do something like that for fear of bricking my PC because I ignored this problem.

My monitor uses an HDMI cable, and I've tried every spot it can go. I've tried clearing CMOS by removing the battery for 10 minutes. I've tried updating any firmware (I had it suggested to try downloading these things: https://nvidia.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/5233/~/nvidia-gpu-firmware-update-tool-for-displayid , https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/drivers/nv-uefi-update-x64/) both of which told me I didn't need an update basically.

No idea what to try next or what the problem may be. If there's any more info I can provide let me know, I'd appreciate any help.
