New keyboard some buttons not working

pidelo7933

I build new pc, installed Windows 11 and discovered that some keyboard keys not working (c, k, comma). The keyboard is brand new and working perfectly fine on my other pc and on the other two laptops.

On screen keyboard works, I tried other usb ports, removed device from device manager and still nothing. I have no idea what should I do with that problem.

What's the keyboard model?

Are the failing keys always the same?

Maybe that has something to do with the layout in windows?

This was my first thought too, but thinking further into it, it shouldn't affect keyboard input.

It's rather not layout because I can use mouse with on-screen keyboard fine.
